Can't apply screentones. Im still a newbie and trying to draw manga style, and i want the shadows to be dotted. I saw in some vids that for this you need to use Layer effects but all i have is Binary Color and Water Fringe. I looked into the files (papertex) and there are many effects including the dotted, however i can't find them in the prog.
