This restaurant was a new find for us in Madrid and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is small and intimate with Michelin quality food and a huge wine list, with many available by the glass.

Bistrot Chez Rémy is located at La Place de Rémy. The sign outside features Remy with a spoon. This is actually one of the last photos I took. When we arrived to the restaurant, it was pretty busy so we took photos and video at the end of the meal (with the restaurant lobby closed).

This restaurant is adorable! As soon as you walk in, you really get the feeling that you have been shrunk down to the size of a rat. Giant plates, utensils, and plants surround you. It's an immersive experience and the theming is perfect. A Rat's Point of View
