It seems like Tomoya is going to have sex with Nagisa but due to how Nagisa is, they always not end up doing it. I remember a scene where Tomoya thinks Nagisa is finally taking the initiative and they end up just wholesomely sleeping together. They were several of these kinds of scenes.
