Finno-Ugric ( / ˌfɪnoʊˈjuːɡrɪk / or / ˌfɪnoʊˈuːɡrɪk /; Fenno-Ugric) [1] or Finno-Ugrian ( Fenno-Ugrian) is a traditional grouping of all languages in the Uralic language family except the Samoyedic languages.
